IV Insertion Skills Certification Class

This IV Skills training is a four-hour class that covers the techniques and materials required for IV catheter placement and more. After reviewing basic anatomy and physiology, students learn how to administer intravenous drugs or antibiotics and how to place catheters. Previous medical education is required. This is for any discipline that has IV skills within their scope of practice (i.e. RN, LPN, NP, MD)
